We ONLY accept returns at the time of delivery, and ONLY in front of the delivery person, under the following conditions:

• The product is broken or damaged
• The product color does not match your order
• The product delivered is not the correct item you ordered

👉 You must open and check the parcel immediately in front of the delivery person.

If any issue is found, you must return the product instantly during delivery.

2. No Return After Delivery Acceptanc

Once the product is accepted and the delivery person leaves,
❌ NO return, exchange, or refund will be accepted.

Returns will NOT be accepted for:

• Change of mind
• Not liking the product after delivery
• Style, design, or personal preference issues
• Failure to check the product during delivery

3. Customer-Initiated Rejection

If you refuse or do not accept the product without any mistake from Deer Deed, then:

• You must pay the delivery charge
• Deer Deed will not cover return delivery costs

This applies if:

• You ordered by mistake
• You changed your decision
• You did not check the product at delivery time

4. Refund Policy

• Refunds are applicable only if the return is approved at delivery time
• No refund is applicable once the product is accepted
• For prepaid orders, approved refunds (if any) will be processed within 7–10 working days via the original payment method

5. Mandatory Customer Responsibility

✔ Check the product in front of the delivery person
✔ Verify product condition, color, and correctness
✔ Accepted delivery means the order is final
